Carroll : Hello, I was wondering your oppinion of graffiti

Cop : Hi

Cop : It's alright

Cop: show me some.

Carroll: just alright?

Cop : I've seen alot of graffiti before (laughs)

Carroll: well for example if you saw a tagger, spraying a wall with a name or slogan, would you arrest him or tell him to move on?

Cop : I would probly fine him

Carroll : ok. So what if the graffiti was for a good cause?

Cop : no i would still fine him unless if he was aloud to graffiti there

Carroll : ok so say for example, there is a new law. Its called the No Hug Law, kids arent allowed physical contact in school. I have made stickers that said Keep Hugs Legal if you saw someone putting those on a parking meter or a sign, what would you do?

Cop : i wouldn't care

Carroll : so you would just move on?

Cop : yeah
