As some you you have probably guessed
The Bullycats are no longer playing together as a band. After years of adventures we drifted in different musical directions. Although we still see each other regularly there are no plans to play together in the foreseeable future. We'd like to thank everyone who supported us along the way. You're all amazing!!!
The original members of The Bullycats have split off into two other band that are well worth checking out...
The Black Lodge Band: Steve and Alex are joined on drums by friend Paul.
'The Black Lodge Band burn down the cobwebs swiftly and leave the audience shuddering from the weight of their sound...The result is a sort of Muse outfit that has been put through a grinder and can now be found in a freakshow circus of sensory delight.' - mINtSOUTH
Polly and The Billet Doux: Steen, Dan, and Ben are joined by the vocal delights of Polly. Their first album 'Fictions, Half Truths, and Downright Lies' has just been released to rave reviews.
'They take their influences from Jazz greats like Billie Holiday and add a quintessentially english Twist, with divine harmonised vocals."describe as a sumptuous blend of Jazz, Blues, Country, Folk and Gospel", and with the "sexiest voice in the South'. - The Chronicle
Both these bands are in our top friends and should be checked out. They both gig frequently and will hopefully be playing somewhere near you soon. Thanks again for all your support and kindness.
Goodbye and Praise the high times xx
