Well... what can I say... a great couple of weeks. Its weird, you actually forget just how much fun playing music can be sometimes... when you're in the thick of writing and working hard at it you can lose sight of the reason why you're doing it in the first place. Getting up on stage in front of people and playing songs you've written to an audience is one of the most rewarding things you can do (well for me it is..)
I was never one of those kids who wanted to be anyone famous (well the truth is I always wanted to be a Racing Driver but so did all my mates) but I always felt like I had something to say and was too afraid to say it out loud in case someone took the piss out of me or said 'stop being so stupid'... so writing songs was a way of saying the things I wanted to say. I never expected to be standing on a stage singing them to the world (nothing like putting it out there for the world to see...)..
So anyway. I've had a top week. One day playing to a drinks cooler in Manchester, the next to a Skyscraper in London... surreal.. Rushmore were ace.. great bunch of lads.. and a throughly enjoyable couple of weeks.

More pictures over in my pics..
