Rental Finders is the place for you! We have hundreds of possible tenants coming into our office six days a week looking for a place to rent. If you have a property you would like to rent out, and maybe don't have the time to show it, or you work a full time job. Leave it to us! Our Agents will take possible tenants out to view your property for you! M-F 11-6 and Sat 10-4. Our service is completely free to our tenants, and we pre-qualify them for you! All YOU have to do is approve them, or deny them (that's at your discretion as you are NOT obligated to rent to tenants JUST because we sent you their application) If you decide not to approve an application, we will send along someone who is better suited for you and your property. We also spend about $10,000 a month on advertising our listings. We are non-exclusive, so you are free to advertise and rent on your own AND through our company!
