So I was listening to radio 1 the other day and heard that awful band biffy cyro. aren't they just a bag a shit. i remember an ex of mine many moons ago played me one of their demo's and my reaction was "boy they are shocking". nothing has changed except they are richer now and probably have a pick of groupies. glad to say that me and that girl lasted a sum total of three months. must have been her terrible music taste.

i've been bought the new beatles albums in the form of a box set. now that is WONDERFUL! the songs sound loads better and you can pick out things that you never knew were even of the songs. best present anyone has ever got me! so i urge you strongly to spend a little cash, have a cup of tea and chill to the collection of the greatest albums ever written!!

I'm definately going through a phase of going through my old records as i havent found any new bands that excite me for a LONG time!! there was a heap of bands a few years ago but it seems to have switched back to pop acts and r&b style music. its the cycle of music and needed to happen I guess but please drop the synth nonsence and pick up guitars again. the world is in much need of some decent bands again!!

So our van got it's number plates stolen the other day. i reported it to the police and in the last week have been pulled up by the police every day which is a nice waste of time. if the thief by some miracle reads this... a plague upon your family you pr*ck(s)!

All good in 6NS world. we have been writing a shit load of new songs and have fire in our bellies to unleash. we are demoin and redemoin tracks in our new studio and think there is some of our best yet there.
