Lisa O'Kane and I performed with the crack house band at
Arnie's last night and had a blast! Lisa was in superb form and it was a delight to
hear the guitar magic that Greg Fall added to her tunes. Mark
"Pocket" Goldberg's Thursday night songwriter showcase at
this little Tujunga restaurant was filled with music fans and musicians and
plates of pasta.

The house band is Mark "Pocket" Goldberg on bass,
Debra Dobkin on drums and percussion, Nick Kirgo on guitar and Dave Fraser on
keyboards and accordion. These guys are monsters! Co-host Randy Sacks adds
harmonies as well as moving performances of his own strong roots tunes. Next week’s show features Tracy Newman
and the Reinforcements so don’t miss it!
