I've come to the conclusion that in the entertainment industry talent seems to be judged by how attractive a person is, instead of the amount of talent a person possess. Those who do not appear to be carved from granite, are sent instantly to the back of the line. How about giving us not so perfect people a chance, we do out number the " pretty people " by a large number. Talent should not be judged by the way someone looks, but by what they bring to the table. I only bring up this topic because I've been sent to the back of the line numerous times myself. - JV
