Some big news!

A while ago, I played at an open mic in Clarence, NY, which is east of Buffalo. My Dad's friend Stu, a music lawyer in Buffalo, is the host of the open mic. He heard my music and hooked me up with this producer named Armand Petri, who showed up at a show I had at Clarence Center Coffee Co. He then offered to record me for a discounted price and I accepted the offer!

Armand Petri produced the Goo Goo Dolls, Sixpence None the Richer, and the 10,000 Maniacs all at the height of their careers. He has done a lot and worked with a lot of talented people, so I am honored to be working with such an acclaimed individual.

Matt Cross and I started the recording process with him the other night, and it went very well! He gave a lot of helpful insight, and I'm pleased with everything that has happened so far. It even looks as if the drummer from the Violent Femmes might be making an appearance on the demo!

I have some shows coming up, so I would love to see some familiar faces there in support. The demo won't be ready at least until the fall, but I'm looking forward to being able to sell such a product at my shows.

Thanks for reading/listening/stalking my myspace.
