Dirty windshield fuck up customer view, sometime bug splat lead to crack up.  Always tell customer, "Must keep windshield clean, Rain-X Bug Remover number one!"  Sometime Flapjack answer phone, tell customer stay home this one easy.  Open hood, pour in container plus cap turn, residual haze gone no problem. HA!
