	Christina	A beautiful update Nikki.  I am so glad you recommended that book by Eckhart Tolle, A New Earth.  I came across it by chance one day and read a few chapters, and it was such a helpful, uncomplicated way of looking at life, especially for someone who can get very self-obsessed and over-dramatize everything like myself.  You have reminded me that I owe it to myself to pick it up again, and get my own copy.  Funny thing was, all those months ago I thought of you when I read some of it, and wondered if you would like it too. 	Ulrica	..Hey Nikki!....Thank you for this blog!....Its good to hear that you are recharged and have the energy to work again and Im looking forward to the next SixxAm album!....I agree with you , that you need something to help you get away from this world of having to be available to everybody all the time, and audiobooks are a perfect tool to escape for a while! Thank you for your tips, Ill check them out!! I have a little tip for you aswell.. I dont know if youve heard of a Swedish film called "Arn "? There is a writer here in Sweden called Jan Guillou, who has written two books of the christian cruisaiders to Jerusalem and those books have been recorded as well, and made into two films.  Im not sure if theyre translated into english, but they are worth checking out and I highly recommend them! So check out "Arn" by Jan Guillou if you like stories from the past! I just bought Kats book the other week and I think its so beautiful and my eyes teared up when I read your forword-very beautiful!!! I wish you and Kat a wonderful weekend!
