A New Earth

Wow! We’ve been bombarded with emails asking us about our similarities to A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle. I’m not even half way through reading my copy yet - neither of us are, but it is a little strange to find such a connection between books. It causes mixed feelings - if we’re honest. From day 1 we knew The Apple Concept was something that could change people’s lives. It is the Truth presented in a very practical and honest display from a Christian perspective. We attempt to show the gospel message is only fully understood by unearthing the lie of not enough from our mindset and then living authentically in who we were created to be- our real God created self. Jesus came to give life and have it to the full, so whole people, who understand they are enough, can fully spill that love over into others without the lie permeating their "needy" behaviors of: gossip, pride, prejudice, judgment, intolerance, hate, dominance…

The truth being shared is remarkably and staggeringly comparable, yet The Apple You Were Fed is a Christian interpretation, and we are thrilled to share a message of authenticity, hope, and peace in connection with Jesus. Perhaps The Apple You Were Fed can feed those who want to maintain and strengthen that connection, and reintroduce these concepts in Christian terms. Maybe there are enough differences in presentation and style (Tolle teaches, we share) that readers will enjoy, and ultimately come closer to God, through both books.

At the end of the day, we will be sharing this colorful planet and the Creator who so artfully designed it. Peace, grace, love, and hope... Let’s come together!
