You know of course that when you think deeply about things and actually KNOW something.... well most people don't want to hear it.
I sure enjoyed it though.   
Woodrow Wilson sponsored and signed the bill publicly.... then privately worried that he had sold the country's soul to the devil.  The serious doubts he privately expressed make it sound like it REALLY wasn't HIS idea.
