Current mood:  relaxed

HA!!!!  I can't believe I was on the Tonight Show last week.  Seriously, such a surreal experience.  I mean, sitting on that couch, being interviewed, (talking too fast!)  you have this whole moment of, 'oh my god!'  It's just the coolest thing.  My parents and dave were there cheering me on.  And actually, a lot of the crew who work on the Tonight Show also work on Days sometimes, so I had a lot of friendly faces watching. 

How crazy was that Fear Factor clip.  It's been a long time since I watched it.  and I was for real freaking out.  lol.  And it always makes me laugh how I had totally lost my cool, was genuinely hyperventilating, and about 15 seconds in, I yell at Joe Rogan "I'm seriously about to freak out right now."  As if I wasn't already. 

Yay. I'm so happy it's Sunday.  Just took a spin class, and then yoga with some of the remaining contestants from BL. 

Am not really a football fan, but going over to a friends to watch the game.

Haha! I remember that episode of Fear Factor! Well I have to say you are more brave than I am! I thought you did great! By the way you and Lucas made me cry "real tears" today. Love ya girl! =)

I unfortunately missed you on Jay Leno but I do remember you on fear factor and if I remember correctly you ate something to be given another chance at staying in the game to earn money for your charity. I was so impressed by that and is one of the reasons I respect you so much.

Congratulations on all your success and I'll see you today on Days! (I never miss it - I argue with my daughter because she wants nickelodeon but I only demand from 1-2p.m. everyday that I get the T.V.!)

Sorry I missed Jay Leno, but I did see the fear factor show when you were on it. I just got done watching Biggest Loser, I am proud of all of them, I wish I had their courage! I weigh 210 myself, I am almost 37, a mother of two, I haven't been below 200, in four years or more. I am a little afraid of losing weight because I have been overweight for 13 years now, since my second child was born. I am afraid that my skin will just hang when I lose the weight. I am glad that you are hanging out with the contestants of Biggest Loser, that is cool of u. I am also a fan of Days, I have been watching for more than 15 years i beleive. well good luck with everything in ur life. Carla
