Michaelangelos and Unk's are very excited to announce the "Feel The Beat, Not The Pain" Benefit Concert to be hosted at Unk’s on Thursday Nov 12^th from 7p-11p.  The Benefit will be in the loving memory of Andrew Kirby and Landon Blackley, remembering the June 30^th tragedy and to speak out about the pain of community violence.  All monies collected will go to a scholarship fund being created in Andrew Kirby's name.  Musical guests for the event include Big Hop, Cindercat, The Spittones and The Early Show House Band.

All bands are donating their time and all covers collected at the door will go directly to the Scholarship fund.  Further, Unk’s and Michelangelo’s Downtown will be donating 10% of the day’s gross sells to this great cause.  We would like to challenge other downtown restaurants, bars and businesses to also donate 10% of their sales on November 12^th to the scholarship fund.  Realizing we are in a recessionary economy any monetary donation will be of great assistance.

Gold - $100 or more

Silver - $50 or more

Bronze - $25 or more

We would like to ask if your business would be willing to donate 10% of gross sales on November 12^th.  If not, a smaller monetary donation, as well as hanging the event flyer in your business would, be greatly appreciated.
