First, to state the obvious: YES, "buck-tale" is a silly (some would say cringe-inducing) way to refer to Dollar Storeys submissions. But we're writing about the project so much these days, had to come up with another way to refer to them. A girl can only type the words "Dollar Storeys" so many times a day...so buck-tales they are.
But the real point of this post is to announce the first Dollar Storeys submission from beyond Third Coast Festival Headquarters. This one's for all of you Martin Lawrence fans. Which isn't something I get to say very often. Or ever, until now.
Thanks David, for sending such a touching tale, and so quickly. You can look for your carefully chosen by the TCF staff dollar store item (since yours is one of the first ten submissions) sometime soon.
