Ocean County College Sailing team wins the Nittnay Lion Open hosted by Penn State University.  Finishing second was Cornell University and third Penn State University

On Saturday the OCC sailing team won the A division and the B division in the Penn State regatta.  This is the first time this year the OCC team won the A and B division.  Tyler Kennedy (Pine Beach) and Autumn Hoover ( Lanoka Harbor) sailed in the A division. Holden Muehleisen( Tuckerton) and Bradford Wright( Lavelette) skippered in B division and Emily McCarthy ( Brick)crewed.

Tyler Kennedy and Autumn Hoover have finished first in the A division in their last three regattas.

The OCC team travels to St Mary's Maryland next week to sail the Middle Atlantic Intercollegiate Sailing Association Championships
