So... finally our first "blog".  Just thought this might be a good way of letting everyone know what's going on with the album and all that jazz. 

On Sunday we had some strings in the studio to lay down on a few tracks and I must say that it went even better than expected.  It was a blast just watching and listening and letting someone else do all the work for a change.  As this project gets closer and closer to completion I think we're all getting more and more amped for it to be done.  This week we'll be spending time with the producer (Jon Williams) setting the final mixes.  It's already so much better than what we've been able to put up on MySpace and these next few days it's going to get even better.  We have the show on Saturday... which everyone should attend.  We're just now trying to get back into "playing shows" mode so any support would be awesome x 8.  Then on Tuesday we have mastering @ colossal mastering studio.  I've heard nothing but good things about it and mastering, I'm told, is a good thing.  Then we have the 7th of July... which is nice.  Alright enough typing.
