Hello viewers of my page. How you been? How's your mom n 'em?
Um..... The new Joe Hedges record is coming along nicely. It is seriously one of the coolest and most original records I've heard. And I'm not just saying that because I'm on it. It's really friggin sweet. Every time I hear a new mix, I know this record is just amazing. Once we're done with this one, I'm ready to make another! Blumpy is a super cool and talented producer; very easy to work with and a genious in the studio.
Oh yeah, did I mention we're finishing up a video for our new song, Mitral Valve Prolapse? So far, it's amazing. Eric Stewart, our long time friend/engineer/producer/MTV guy, is producing it. He's a great talent and has a keen eye for cool video work. You may have seen his work from the JFK video for "Normal Life".
Anyone coming out to see us when we head out east? Next week? Our first road run with the new Joe Hedges image. A first time actually performing a Joe Hedges show. I'm totally excited. A brand spankin' new show with songs never heard before. Anyone coming gets to have a sneek peek at what our new album will sound like.
It's gonna be wonderful to travel again. I miss the road.
