I read this quote this morning and wanted to share. I know I have a tendency to isolate myself in my head, in my own emotional pain, just being human like every other human. It's good to remember how connected we are whether we realize it or not, whether we want to admit it or not.

As long as diseases are rampant and millions of people in this world cannot expect to live more than twenty-eight or thirty years, I can never be totally healthy even if I just got a good checkup at Mayo Clinic.
