The Hawaii Governor and Legislature bestowed a prestigious award on Baby Safe Haven New England founders Jean & Mike Morrisey on OCtober 29, at the Governor's Mansion. The Outstanding Advocates for Children awards are given out each October to groups and individuals who have made a significant impact on the lives of Hawaii's Kieki.
