I think it's done. I'm still not 'happy' with it but, as my friend says, that's in the nature of the song! The tempo turned out to be a little slow and the chorus section isn't really what I had in mind but I've had enough of it. The lyrics are pretty self-explanatory.It's a full-stop, line under sort of a song. I expect the next one will be something different as my life enters a new era.
Yes, it's all change around here and, on the whole, I'm liking it.
