I am an advocate of The Secret, and one of the "secrets" is to be in an attitude of gratitude. I have been keeping an "Attitude Journal," but it seems fitting to blog it and invite others to also post what they are also grateful for. Today it is raining. Summer rain is so warm when it falls -- like a warm bath -- and yet, it has cooled off the day and added more "green" to the already lush garden. Today, I am grateful for summer rain.

Today I am celebrating change. The sweet and delicious thing that keeps us evolving and morphing into what we hope to become. What a beautiful thing it is to be part of history and change the world as we know it into something to prepare for the future. Today, I am grateful for change.
