Here are some questions and answers from this week's Reggie's Mailbag
Q: Who do you think is the best 3-point shooter in the NBA is today? And who do you think is the best 3-point shooter that has ever played the game?
From,
Keith
A: Kobe, Ray Allen, Michael Redd are the best today. Craig Hodges or Dale Ellis are the best three-point shooters I've seen.
Q: Who got better defense playing against you, Mitch Richmond or Steve Smith, back in 90's?
From,
Janis
A: I'd say Mitch, he got it done at both ends.
Q: Would you trade 8 points in 11 seconds for an NBA Championship?
From,
Steve
A: Heck yes!!!!!
Q: I was wondering why the Phoenix Suns don't put Grant Hill on the bench and then when Steve Nash comes out of the game put in Grant Hill since they're worried about the wear and tear on Steve Nash's body.
From,
Nick
A: Because Steve and Grant need to be on the floor at the same time for Suns to flourish. Now I agree when Nash goes out, if I was Coach D'Antoni, I would move Grant over to point so he could be the primary ball handler.
Q: What are you're predictions for the 2008 NBA Playoffs ( Western Conference / Eastern Conference match ups and Finals)? How about the results??
From,
Ashraf
A: Celtics over Pistons in 7 games…Spurs over Suns in 6 games…Spurs over Celtics in 6 games.
Q: Why do you love to cover the Western Conference so much? You only announce western games like Phoenix or Dallas, so I wonder do you have a West Coast bias although you played in the East for so long?
From,
Bianca
A: Not at all, TNT makes my schedule. This Thursday I have Detroit vs. San Antonio.
