In the era of globalization, non-English speaking countries to some extent are left behind the race. Many and many non-English speakers go abroad to maximize their quest to good education and basically to enhance their english proficiency. The Philippines as tagged as 'Third of the World's English-Speaking People (to whom it may concern, who made this claim?)," in a way justified for growing number of foreign nationals especially Koreans and Chinese come to the country to get English Language Education.
As an English-speaking Filipino up to this writing is confused and still not sure if my English is well. Could it be possible that native English-speakers too may sometime cannot express the right English?
How far Philippines' English gone?
