Bajema's Web Collections II: Etta Diem
Book collection number two. This one is devoted mostly to my Etta Diem character and all of the neo-victorian/steampunk type work I've been creating this last year. The content is nearly all new and unseen work. This is a pre-sale for the book. Discounted price, limited edition prints, signed and numbered and all those good things. I did this with the first book and it worked out very well and sold very quickly so I recommend nabbing it quickly if you'd like to take advantage of the sale. Not to mention all proceeds will make for a nice investment in our convention fees. Sales are not my thing, I'm very poor with the whole "buy me!" crap, but it is a nec. evil when you're an artist living off of your artwork generated revenues.
In lighter, non-sell you stuff news, as I mentioned sort of a few entries ago, I'm engaged to Myke now. There's no date as of yet and we're not terribly concerned with those things just now. All I can say is that I'm terribly happy, with him and the life we're slowly pulling together. It took awhile to meet my match but thankfully I've done that. I wish I'd gotten on with my life a little sooner than this, but at least I got my head out of my ass and eventually did. All of the first dating chemicals that make people slaphappy, stupid and gushy around one another have worn off awhile ago. That's the one sad part of new relationships slowly becoming an aging relationship. But I can tell you that every time I look at my mate I'm struck by how attractive I find him, how talented he is and how he can cause those retarded little swirly birdy hearts around my head always. Even when he's looking like sleep roadkill on the pillow and snoring like he wants to levitate the roof.
On that sickingly "awww" note, I'm off to get back to work. Please go buy my book! Don't make me stalk you!
