So, I have a record out which I'm quite proud of. It's been a fairly long process because, well, I'm fairly rubbish at recording, but I seem to have strung a coherent set of songs together with enough incoherence to keep me happy. And it seems to flow nicely like a real record should.
It's a real release, on a real CD, with lovely hand-made artwork by real humans. I got one in my hand a couple of nights ago for the first time, and it looks lovely and I'm really quite proud of it.
I believe it's going to be out in the indie shops fairly soon, but you can order it here on the internet by going over to
www.audioantihero.com and clicking around. They are a lovely people, with a heart and passion for the beautiful and odd, and luckily, a complete disregard for commercial sensibilty!
(If you can, you should also purchase their other release, the Nosferatu D2 album, it is quite wonderful and abrasive, and if you were to check my
last.fm, you would see that I listened to it 3 times yesterday)
So, here you go, I hope this record is more interesting and better written than this blog.
