The thing is!!!  Do we think 7 billion ly is far?  The furthest we have seen is 78 billion ly. Is 78 billion ly far? If its only half way as far as we could see or double 78 bill. ly, thats a much larger #.  These photons were only 7. Do we assume at 14 billion ly that the milliseconds would too double?
