Well, I'm home and have gathered my thoughts and counted some money.
The Brighton Bash has raised £213.11 for Cancer Research UK, which is fantastic news. I was amused to discover that once I'd neatly counted the notes and bigger denominations the total of the 'shrapnel' and loose change came to £1.11 (Tyla fans will get it !)
Thanks to Craggy for organising a fantastic event and to everyone who made the effort to be there, particularly the bands and performers : Alistair Reilly, Jason 'longhair' Knight, Chaos Revisited, The Medicine Bow, Trashtown Thrillers and The Gasoline Queens.
If you were not able to make it down to the Bash we still have some sampler CDs and event Dog Tags left so I'll put together a bundle of goodies for sale. Watch this space. You can also still order
Their Hearts Caught Fire The Dogs D'Amour tribute album on CD.
We still have a couple of unclaimed raffle prizes, if you think you're one of the lucky winners please email bruce (at) heartscaughtfire dot com with your ticket number(s) and address.
Cheers !
Bruce
