Hello !

Taz has just kindly reminded me that it's now only a little more than a month to go before the Great North Run 2008.  We're running (umm or walking?) this half marathon in order to raise money in memory of our friend Trace Warnaby (see www.madasbadgers.org)  

Working together we are raising money for both Marie Curie Cancer Care and Cancer Research UK
