Easy Tigers,

Here's the lowdown from our tour so far:

August 19 - Wednesday - 2009

We hung out for the day at an amazing park where dogs roam free. Not only do they roam free, they were trying to steal our food!!!

The Palomino is such an amazing venue. They hooked us up with cheap, delicious food and free drinks. The venue is in the basement and has such a nice vibe. Small stage with centre-piece bar and a section for the bands on both sides of the stage. It has a rustic country vibe to it that all of us were psyched on.

The people that came out to the Palomino came and ate the music up. Everyone was going nuts and everyone was nice as nice could be. It was such a pleasure playing that place and we'd go back and do it all over again if we were offered a show tomorrow.

The place is amazing.

A nice gentleman by the name of Nico(if i can remember) gave us a place to stay, even though I slept in the van, for the night. A big shout out goes to you my good man!!!

August 20 - Thursday - 2009

We roamed around Edmonton today and checked out the Rexall Centre. Sean was itching to go on a tour inside but no such luck.

We also stopped by West Edmonton Mall and hung around there for most of the day. The biggest mall in the world was nothing short of insane. The place had ferris wheels, roller coasters, mini put courses, a huge pool park with slides and a wave pool, and even a Segway(sp?) course. To top it all off, Everything was INSIDE the mall. We even watched seals doing tricks and sloths....slothing around. Vaughan Mills, eat your shitty heart out.

We played at the Taphouse tonight in St. Albert. The show was so shitty. Indifferent people, emotionless. There was a kid with a Blink shirt on, UFC was playing on the screens.

The venue was great, served us food and one dollar drinks. The band we played with was super nice as well as the sound guy but the show was not promoted at all.

Bummer.
