Everyone has been asking us about the albumn title and it's similarity to our last CD. Is there a purpose? Are we just Lazy? Here are two extensive emails cut and pasted together that in their rambling try to explain the title. This is my second blog in the history of ever so bear with but enjoy.

Listen to Day by Day, Summer Breezes, Should've been a Dr.
they each tell a story of someone who's caught in a moment, a routine, or perhaps a path they regret embarking on.  They're in limbo...they're not going forward they're not going backward they're just stuck. And if you split enough hairs you could argue that we're all in limbo. We're in College High school,. For all of us (whether this realization has hit us yet) our childhoods are over, yet at the same time we've been holding our breath so long waiting for our "life" to really begin that we're about ready to burst. At the same time there's  this constant struggle, a push and pull if you will, between the past the present and the future. Hopefully one finds some sort of equilibrium in the end, but only time will tell, because we are stuck "in limbo".
That is not to say that in each of our own personal purgatory's there is no hope.  We're the undecided souls, we alone can choose the path that leads to our heaven or our hell. Even "in limbo" there's that hope that a way out is somewhere off in the distance.

Perhaps life itself is the limbo.  The big question everyone asks is, what is the meaning of life?  Well, maybe the reason nobody knows the answer to that question, is because there is no answer.  There is no universal meaning to life, so we search ourselves  for some hidden secret to our pupose on this earth.  We feel fulfilled when we live by our passions, but we still have to strike a balance between living and staying alive.  So in that sence we are all in limbo.  The search for a meaning that doesnt exist, could be the meaning itself.  As musicians, if our purpose in life is to make music, is an accountants purpose in life to take care of other peoples finances,  or a cops purpose to serve and protect.  Basically, where do we draw the line between living out our passions and living to survive.... we are in limbo.
