Shipping FAQ

1. How much is shipping?

Depending on the total price of your order (between $1-$5,000), your shipping will be added automatically. The lowest price is $6 and from their it's $9, and so on and so forth.

2. When can I expect my shipment?

We would like you to allow us 48 hours to process your payment and send word to the warehouse. From there you should recieve an e-mail sayin that your item(s) have just been shipped and should expect in the next 3-5 days, sometimes longer depending on the position in the week (no mail on Sundays) and if their is a major Holiday.

3. How can I trust that your not going to take my money & run?

We here at R.K.J.ville are comprised of the most intellegent trustworthy people handling your money. We would never I repeat never, compromise our integrity for the sake of monetary gain or profit. It's just not that serious.

4. How would I be able to return if my item(s) are damaged or missing?

If your items are damaged, please contact us within 10 days of your items arrival. We will then accept your return of the item (after inspection) to the return address on the label (until otherwise notified).

5. Will I get a full refund on my purchase?

R.K.J.ville does not give full refunds do to a 15% re-stocking fee we must pay to the warehouse. We do however release gift certificates and store credit to those who would like to make another purchase.
