Somewhere Else Tavern is about the only real venue in Greensboro worth playing at.  There are always kids hanging out there, the people who work there are the shit (especially Burley), the sound system is good, the lights are good, and well...I always have a good time.

i think i should be in the top eight because i love the tavern been going there since forever i love Burley!and all the crew!So many great memories!so many drunk memories and some i cant remember!and my bf band got the tavern on mtv lol! hell yeah Curse your name kicks ass!

At S.W.E.T its all about the music! There is never any lame ass shit there...Its all hard core. Love this place. Its like a seconed home to me. The things that go on here are never dull...its all fucking reall! I have you on my top 8...so put me on yours!
