two dark birds was asked to write & record (very quickly, for us) a new song for the current issue of ESOPUS a biannual arts magazine that, if you have not seen/heard it before, is pretty mindblowing. the print work is the toppest of top notch.

the theme of this issue is BLACK & WHITE, and we were asked to write a song based on a black & white film. on the recommendation of our wurli player dr. von wildenhaus, we chose the guy madden film THE SADDEST MUSIC IN THE WORLD. we're very happy with the very sad results. maybe our best effort to date? you be the judge. . .
