Despite the dismal situation at the beach in recent weeks, good things can happen when friends come together. Take a break from your spring cleaning this Passover holiday and join us for a spring cleaning of Israel's beaches!

In honor of the Passover holiday, Zalul Environmental Association and Billabong Clothing Company invite you to a special Passover beach clean-up operation in six different locations in Israel from Acco to Ashkelon. Zalul and Billabong have partnered with local surfing schools and environmental groups, but we need more manpower to reach our goal!

This year cleaning Israel's beaches is more relevant than ever, particularly after the months of pollution this winter that hurt surfers, fisherman and sea lovers everywhere along the central coast. Together, Zalul and Billabong want to raise awareness about sea and beach pollution for residents and local authorities and to teach Israel's youth about this important issue.

The following beaches will be cleaned as part of the operation:
