So many things have happened these past couple of weeks, I'm just going to give an overview. I'll go into more detail in upcoming blogs!
First, on July 31, our favorite wizard's birthday, I played a show at the Carlsbad Public Library. My buddy Joe joined me on stage, which was cool, because I got to play some mandolin, and because he rocks!

A couple of weeks later, I met up with the Azkaban Work Release Program, the Wizard Rockumentary, the Remus Lupins, and the Whomping Willows, all for Wizrockapalooza in Las Vegas! It was an awesome show filled with awesomeness, including everyone joining us onstage for our last song, Resistance.

Then, the Wrockumentary and I headed back from Vegas for a show the next day in my hometown of Escondido. I played a quick acoustic set (the audience included my high school music teacher and one of my heroes, Mr. Heldman), then we settled in to watch the movie and enjoy the air conditioning. After a great, busy, and exhausting couple of days, we settled in for some Mexican food and a good night's sleep. More info and pictures to come!
Here's a question. If you got to go to Vegas but only had time to do one thing, what would it be?
You know what's crazy? The average person loses two ballpoint pens a week.
Wrock on!
