Hey fellow wrockers and wrockerettes,

So I'm playing a show in L.A. on Saturday, November 15.  It's at the Calabasas Library, up north in the Valley.  Here's the directions, as given to me by the person putting on the show:

The Calabasas Library is located at 200 Civic Center Way, Calabasas.  This is a new street and is not showing up on any maps yet, such as Mapquest or Google.

Directions:  From Los Angeles going north on 101 – exit Calabasas Parkway.  Turn left.  Turn left again continuing over the bridge.  Intersection is Calabasas Road and Calabasas Parkway, continue through to the next light which is Park Sorrento.  Turn left and continue towards the end of the street.

At this point Park Sorrento changes into Civic Center Way, however there are no signs.  On the right after the parking lot, you will see two large white buildings.  Turn right into the first driveway before the first white building.  Continue straight through the parking lot and turn left going behind the two buildings.  The library is the second building.

Here is a local map from the city website - http://www.cityofcalabasas.com/civic-center-map.html

Parking is free.  You may park in any spot that has an "L" on the asphalt.  There is an elevator or stairs to the lower level.   You will see the amphitheatre.

So be there and be ready to wrock out with the Ginny Potter Revelation, The Switchblade Kittens, and yours truly.  I'll have all my stuff, too, if you want the new E.P. or a t-shirt or whatever.

Also, I'm sorry to all of you hoping to see me at Wrock the Boat I couldn't make it.  Sometimes, things happen you can't control, no matter how much you want them to or hope things will go differently.  It had nothing to do with my health, which is, by the way, in great shape - the doctors are telling me I have no more cancer.  I will still be attending AccioCon in the Spring and Azkatraz this summer, and it looks like the summer gig will include the Azkaban Work Release Program, for more full-band shenanigans!

I hope to see a ton of you at the Calabasas show.  Come out and support some great wrock!  Plus, there's going to be a bunch of other stuff, including a screening of the Wizard Rockumentary, crafts, and snacks.  Free food, free movies, free music... I can't think of a better day.

Wrock on!

Mark
