Audition for New York's Electro-Pop Sensation "Basic Black & the Off-Whites"

WHO WE ARE:
We are a diverse "ensemble group" of performers based our of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, each with our own unique style and talents, and we encourage all types, shapes, sizes, colors, orientations, gender, spirits, ethnicities, race,…. You get the picture. As we are an evolving group, the one constant has been our founder, Basic Black, who is the main lead of the group. We are finishing our first album for the summer and have many upcoming dates booked, so time is of the essence.

WHAT WE WANT:
We are looking for dancer/singers (as back-up performers first). In the future, others in the group will be featured as well, but for now, all our original songs are being headed by Basic Black, and everyone else has back-up parts. All styles encouraged. Professional Dancing/Singing training & experience is great but not required, professionalism IS. Queer-friendly is a MUST.

Come prepared with a song/dance number that best represents your style. Original music is fantastic but again is not required. BRING CD!!
