Trinity Episcopal Church (611 W. Berry) invites you to take a break from your work day and spend your lunch on their labyrinth. This ancient form of prayer and meditation is making a comeback in this modern age to help people deal with the fast pace and stresses of life. A facilitator is present the first Thursday of every month from 11am-1pm to answer questions.
If your business or organization would like to schedule a private walk as part of a retreat or wellness day, call Father Tom Hansen at 423-1693.
