The Romantic (for Fati)

Listening to the wind,
eyes searching the clouds,
she waits for the return of the sun.

Faith grows like a rose in her soul,
sprouting the fragrant petals
of a vibrant red bloom.

And though thorns are a necessity of life,
she isn't one to notice.
She just watches the sun...
and listens to the whispers
of the wind.

Cindy, I'm moved... Yes, the Sun is there already and the hours pass so fast! Who cares about thorns with so much to do, it's just an instant and the roses deserve all sacrifices!
