Well, If that someone special is taken already, I'm afraid there's no much you can do, when someone is in love it's hard for them to notice someone, or to forget the one with whom they are in love, still you should share your feelings, let him/her know how you feel, he/she may not feel the same way, but at least you won't keep it to yourself, and who knows, perhaps that someone special feels the same way, and was just afraid to tell you 'cus didn't know how would you respond. Believe me, it's worth the try.
