Current mood:celebratory
Hi Everyone,

If you're looking for something to do this weekend that will give you some sunshine without being out in the cold, come to BBG's Lunar New Year Celebration. Most of the day's events will be in the Palm House, a huge room with glass ceilings - perfect for lifting your spirits on a cold winter day!

The event will run from 10 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. this Sunday (1/25), and will include dance, music, beautiful costumes, and a luxurious fresh-cut flower market. This year's line up includes the Qi Shu Fang Peking Opera, DVL Dance Vietnam, and more. Activities will include paper-crafting, qigong breathing exercises, and planting your own narcissus bulbs.
Performances have limited seating, so each performance is first-come, first-served. You can find detailed information about the event at bbg.org/lunarnewyear.

I hope you'll come out for this year's celebration!
Melissa
