Yeah I know - but no one's been waiting as long as we have.
We are happy to tell you that Owl Drugs has recently completed bedtracks for our forthcoming debut release at Vancouver's prestigious Mushroom Studios (Heart, Blue Rodeo, Sarah McLachlan)! The energy is currently bristling in the OD camp and I'm pretty sure it's evident in the recording.
We are excited to be working with Shawn Cole (You Say Party! We Say Die!, Pride Tiger, Bend Sinister) of FaderMaster Studios, which is where we are commencing with the mixing of the songs this weekend.
The album is tentatively titled Owl Drugs. Steve came up with that and we all thought it was pretty inventive - we hope you agree. Release plans for the recording are as yet undetermined.
