So, it's about time i utilize the blog.... i just never really figured anybody would want to read my venting!
So, this evening i realized, athough i've been working out twice a day for the last couple of years, that i'm back to the blasted Daily Triples i thought i left behind in college (which i secretly hoped i'd never see again after high school!). Today was back to morning workout, lunch time cardio, and evening beach run. Okay, not quite as intense as collegiate triples in the 98 degree and 90% humidity of the ever-beautiful Ithaca weather... but it made me realize that 90% of getting through anything is your mental view of it. I feel a hundred times better for my evening run, it helped me vent the anger and frustration of my week, and i will sleep a hundred times better this evening (hopefully without the leg cramps that plagued last night!).
Anyway, testing out the blog, don't read it if it sucks ;-) Off to rehydrate and shower!
