Wednesday's Message
How can you differentiate between the ego chatter of the
conscious mind and the wisdom of your Higher Self?
As you begin your journey into self-awareness, self-discovery,
you soon realize that those flashes of thoughts, those brief,
fleeting moments of truth, that as you begin to experience
them you will soon realize which one holds the power of truth.
As these thoughts begin to appear, sometimes they come and
leave as quickly as they came, but it was sufficient time to
register in your subconscious mind. If you choose to act upon
it, the results will be rewarding, satisfying and offer you
comfort and joy. However, if you choose to discount it
because it didn't seem to make any sense or you weren't sure,
you will probably experience the emotions of pain, suffering,
discontentment or any other negative emotion.
Offer yourself the gift of embracing your Higher Self. Trust in
the wisdom as it holds all the answers to all your questions.
The problems that many experience is they choose either to
not listen or not act upon its guidance.
The more you listen, the more you act upon it, the more solid
within your mind your trust for it's wisdom becomes and the
more trust you develop, the more you begin to take action
with the many inspired thoughts you receive daily and the
more you take action the more in alignment you become and
the more in alignment you become the more you are in the
flow and the more you are in the flow, the easier it is for you
to surrender the ego chatter!
Shine your light upon the world you see before you and watch
your world as it begins to illuminate!

healthy choices and raise your vibratory frequency.
