1. What's up, Guys? Finally I can get chance to stick around with you here. I know you all are preparing for new album, as long how the process done?

Max: Hi Friend!! First, i would to thankssssss a lot for the opportunity for the interview and give this opportunity to the peoples know more about us.

So. The process of the recording is being excellent. We are with a new line-up now, and with this some things changes. And is being excellent to have the total freedom to think in everything in all the songs, mainly in the part of the vocal. The process is being slower of what we had foreseen, had the change of line-up. Harms the album will go to be very old school as we want that it is.

2. For this release, can you tell a little for artwork, theme also the label for this album? You may include the lyrics direction.

Max: The art is based and made up what camouflaged by the all. Hunger and poverty in many parts of the world. Some more about the art and lyric..s? Wait for the new album come..s out!!

3. From the biography Oligarquia was built in 1992 with some story behind, please describe the true thing due the vision also the concept of Oligarquia?

Panda: The Oligarquia was formed in the early nineties, we did our first show in September 1992, then forward to the things were happening (or not). Since the beginning when we had problems with training/practice, few people suffered to remain in an underground band and eventually leaving the band and looking for new horizons, I do not. Precisely because I believe that the band is more than just a musical expression, the Oligarquia is more than that ... It is an instrument of defense, so that through it we can express ourselves and to staff our ideas and our vision and perspective of the world, that perhaps the band mixed a little business, because our position on music and art is seen with bad eyes for some. Fuck you! I am a revolutionary and not a musician, the Oligarquia is more a tool, even if the vision that the other members have to be totally different from mine, and so that has to be, or the band must have a specific meaning for each a, where a is the way to express themselves, use the space to show its socio-political and ideological position before the world to another is just fun, time passes.

5. The vocalist was substituted and the new path of band is beginning. A difficult thing for every band indeed and needs a representation. So what do you hope for this formation? A special ability for Max Hideo, hehe just kidding, Man.

Panda: Yes, Alex left the band in late 2007, but were fortunate to find almost instantaneously Max Hideo, who was a fucki..n cheer for the band, gas has brought with it many new ideas and visions that only has, who is outside the band, things that we were unable to see, to note, that was important for growth because without growth changes necessary. We are curious to see what goes down when we start to compose together, because it is a creative guy for fuck..s as great ideas. Both the entrance of Max as the Roque, raised the band to a level above, a ‘’step’’ this is perfect for me so far.

Max: hehehehehe. I had easiness interacting in me with band in the beginning. I felt myself ‘’IN HOME’’ , therefore I know Panda around 1997/1998 when I still liveed in Japan, so, i felt in home. The voice style changed a little, therefore taste to make 2 types of vocal, and this give a ‘’UP’’ more in the songs. In the shows that already we made, we only had compliments with this new current line-up. They had said the band was more dynamic and aggressive than was before. Until today we did not have no claim, so... the things are going well… heheheh

6.On My Space, I find weed from the layout and instead on your logo. Are you all the smokers of Marijuana? Max is alchoholic seemingly haha you are.

Panda: No, not everyone in the band smoke marijuana or use drugs, only a portion of the band, I am smoke and activist in the decriminalization or legalization of weed. Drinking is not my strong today, my liver is not the same, 20 ago ...

Max: Heyyyyy, wait a minute!!! Don..t say that about me, my mom can ready about all this shit!! Hehehehehe, i am kidding. Ok, I gonna tell you the truth. WE ARE ALL DRUGGED AND ALCOHOLIC, and decide to make a band to don..t go to the church recouping in them… hahaha

I am kidding. The leafs/weed is part of the band. We are not a drugged and alcoholic..s, we just love to have fun in us life..s. But, ich of us have your own way to have fun. I don..t smoke by years, i am just loved drink beer. Things changes....

7.Besides play in Oligarquia, do you all have a band or play for session members? i could not hear a clarity.

Panda: Some members have parallel bands or even bands, musical projects or not, all focused on the underground or in political or social awareness, when I say that the Oligarquia is more than a band music, is a band of different ideas and attitudes, but that they leading pro same goal, freedom in all directions.

Max: Yes, i play guitar/vocals in: Conexão Pentagrama (Pentagram Connection) and Ódio Macabro (Macabre Hatred). But, they are stoped because no drummer anymore.

But I am making a band with my brother, but will be a band of hardcore/metal well aggressive.

8.Era has been ghanged and many bands have made video clips for their albums. Do you plan for the album a video to promote your band?

Max: Video. Yes, we have think about to make a especial DVD. We are recording some shows of the Brazilian Turne so, we are studing this for the future.

9. Talk about everyday life, what do you do besides play as musicians both? do you work in a company and have you married? A family sometimes got the tronble for our fate where the time is short.

Panda: Born and live in an underdeveloped country is impossible to live in a band or music project, all work, each in a different function, but all trying to survive. I have family, children, work and study, in addition to the Oligarquia play in some more bands and military movements in and anti-anarchist, but I am not militant in any party, I am pure anarchist, almost utopian, do not believe in parties. Life in Brazil is samba and soccer Ha ha ha.

Max: I am married, work in an publishing company, work with design of magazine, and sale some tattoo supply. Drink Beer, listen for some noises every day... this is my life.

10. Do you all also work for some organisations? I read many great manifestation about your thought and the way of attention about the problems that we face nowadays- What do you see about this life?

11. There are many stories from Brazil, but how regarding the scene? I suppose as big scene that have many bands after Sepultura. Just talk about your all places, Men.

Max: Yes. The Sepultura was great ' ' door' ' for the Brazilian scene for the bands of the sort. If it will be to cite here at least 10, I go to have that to cite ones 30. But, i still think the scene here in Brazil is stranged in some points.

12. You all have made concerts all around Brazilian regions? what about the world tours as that you planned?

Max: The Oligarquia made somes brazilian turnes and still making. We have plans and ask..s to make a South america turne and European turne in 2010. We are working so hard in the new musics and we ready want to start to think in the next album and new in the new lyrics. A lot shits will change in the next album. Guitar Riffs in special.

13. What do you know about my country and Asia probably? Do you have the official contacts here? I welcome to come but are there schedules for this or next year?

Max: Asia, i only knew Japan and some phillipines/taiwan girls...hehehehe

Yes, i know one guy in Indonesia or Malasia, hes name is Manno Obscure.

And i have two demo tape from malasian bands... but i just forget they names... The demo tapes i get in 1995.

I know the indonesian death banger is the most true bangers of around the world. The peoples there, they give a lot importance to the scene.

In Japan the scene don..t exist. In Japan Rock n Roll it..s a fase of japaneses life..s (not for all, of corse) . They listen to the bands when they are young. They don..t give a importance for the music and bands when they get older... Its so strange thath things.

14. What do you like about the music besides Death Metal? What are the bands or musicians really inspire you all until now? Explain those with a lot of words.

Panda: Today with nearly forty years that it is not more radical of the past, listen to various types of very different styles of music. Today it is not the music that inspires me or influence me, but books, articles, news and direction of the world. Music also influence me a little today, but those old vinyl of the 70, 80 and 90. The last band that I really "got" was Six Feet Under (... to be getting old).

Max: Beside Death Mertal.... only DEATH METAL!! Hehehe.

I like Rock n Roll like: Ac/Dc, MotorHead, Some..s hardcore like The Exploted, Madball, Ratos de Porão, Grindcore. And some brazilian Rap to. I like music thats have pesonality and talk about the truth, hatred music, hatred songs, talk about our violence, about our life..s. If the lyrics are inteligent, i will give attention and i will respect them.

15. How do the religion get rol for your lives and Oligarquia?

Panda: Religions that have formed the modern world, were the religions, some more others less, who created all this catastrophic climate we have today, the religious leaders supported to explore, kill, and were missing in some very sensitive issues in the past, today they have no most the same force they had here in the West, but are still determining the East, man, talking about religion requires much space and time, we do not believe in god or gods, so religion does not exist in my life, respect my country, and my family who have faith and do not discuss this matter with them, respect their position and ready, they know they have no religion or faith, I am science and pure reason and they respect that, then okay ... As Karl Marx said: "... religion is the opium of the people. "

Max: All kind of religions and fanatism, is a shit for me. I don..t give a fuck to no God..s and no Evil. Besides don..t pay my bill and my accounts or my job. So, fuck religions and fanatism. Let..s talk about reality, lets talk about whats are happining in this fuckin dirty world we live in!!

We are and we born in the third world, we have many things to express from this country.

But, if i have to choice one of besides, i choice the EVIL SIDE!! Christianism is sucks!

16.Some for South America is a place that has a long story about drugs, revolution, also terrorism and often banned by capitalist countries for example US, have you ever pressed by them? If you have, because of why and what's your thought for that dilemma?

Panda: The history of our continent is very complex and is not easy to explain who is not here and who is not in league history, history which is confused with the history of Latin America and Europe, because they are incredibly mixed. All this social and political burden related to drug cartels, revolutions, is a reaction or a defense against the imperialists, at times the European imperialism in the other North American. The pressure or imposition is greater but the USA, but every day the popular fronts are getting more autonomy and are less dependent on each day yankees. Capitalism is global, and suffered with him directly, when the poorest countries have suffered with this system, therefore we are anti-imperialist enemies of the USA and not the people, but the Social Democratic politics that they take.

17. Which album from Oligarquia you suggest as perfect album from all and what's the cause? Guide to clarity...!

18. In my mind I jut think "Max is fat and Panda is slim' hehe. What do you do to keap the bodies healthy? Have you becaome the gymnastics members?

Panda: I was always skinny, and that only interfere when I got to go on the side of Max and Roque in the van, then I be fucked because they are fat Ha ha ha! Gymnastics? Only in football weekend.

Max: hahahaha, dude, i am not fat, i just have some..s stronger and large bonnes...hahaha

My GYMnastic is drink beer and drink more beer and get drunk...hahahaha. But, Panda like to play with hes poodle dog and make gay fitness...hahahaha

19. Influences come from melodic and progressive Death Metal and some bands turn or advanced the basic genre to that genre. How about Oligarquia, do you ever think or prepare for the way for next crushing?

Max: We just jam and play what we like to play. We don..t like to think about new song..s like... ‘’whow we gonna make the next guitar riff’’ and this kinds.

Just plug our guitars and jam.

20. What do you not about the new albums from Deicide and Suffocation? Do you really like them?

Max: I love Deicide, and i like very much suffocation. Harms I stopped to follow launchings, notice of bands like i was my teen age. only am knowing some news when I read in some website in that I am sailing at the moment.

21. Nowadays, Emo, one of Underground genres has an iquest for bad effects about self-harming and sexism and some communities blame included the Undergrounders. As far you know about that ironic matter and what do you mess for the inattention?

Max: Emo = NOTHING for me. No talk..hahahaha, no word for emo shit.

22. Until now you all are the musicians who have many experiences from scene, how do you feel and see with the recent condition? I do not count for 1 year of you Max in the band hehem...

Panda: Things do not change much, we are a band from the underground of the underground and does not change much, speak of professionalism, which  everything better, but for me, more or less than when we started in 1990 / 1992, same shit, my partners who started 99% are the same, the only remains of that underground music was Krisiun. But the integrated, fully integrated in the band in all respects, this is natural, I know this kid is many years.

23. What do you hope after almost 2 decades have defended in scene and have you satisfy with this results? What will you do to fetch the more grade by near time?

Panda: Never expected anything, mount playing, I was playing with no plans ... I was just playing, problems appeared and we would resolve without thinking! I will continue well, playing unpretentious ... We will continue playing our old school death metal, when you give up, when it is no longer able to play, away from the scene and was ...

24. Returning the new album, as far the world know about the release, what promotions have you forwarded for overseas? For medias, sites or societies certainly?

Max: Thanks the opportunitie and very thanks so much who still follow the scene, in which nowadays, is very extinct by the tecnology and emo fags...hahahaha
