Imagine, if you can, a world with no religion. Imagine no suicide bombers, no 9/11 or 7/7, no Crusades, no witch-hunts, no Dark Ages, no Gun Powder Plot, no Indian partition, no Israeli/Palestinian wars, no Serb/Croat/Muslim massacres, no persicution of Jews as "Christ-Killers", no Northern Ireland "Troubles", no "honour" killings, no shiny-suited bouffant-haired televagelists fleecing gullible people of their hard earned money. Imagine no Taliban to blow up ancient statues, no public beheadings of blasphemers, no flogging of female skin for showing an inch of it. Imagine no more children having to witness the horrors of their parents at war with eachother over belief. Imagine children not being scared to ask questions.
