Moments of peace are measured by how strong your connection is with Source.  If your connection is strong and your faith is unwaivering you will feel more peace and harmony than you have ever felt.  If it is not, well then, you have fear, unrest, frustration and discord. 

To better gain your peace, forget about everything you are hearing and seeing.  Go into your mind to a place where you feel safe.  Your heart is a great place to be.  Remeber all the love that surrounds you.  Feel it!  Your feelings are more important than anything else.  It is all about your well being.  Feel those things around you that make you feel good.  Don't tell me there aren't any because there always are.  Start small if you want to.  If the world has you overwelmed you will have to start small, then you will find bigger and bigger things that make you feel better. 

Finding your peace and harmony is also finding relief.  What is the better thought of relief in a situation or relationship?  You will find it.  A good way of knowing you are on the right path to your reconection with Source, peace, and harmony is feeling the relief.  Feeling that tightness in your chest go away.  Feeling as though everything just got lighter.  Feeling as though you have relinqished the responsibilities that you cannot handle to the higher source so you can get on with your day. 

Try it!  Pay attention to nothing else but how you are feeling.  Watch how it changes you and those around you once you can decide what you are going to allow in your life and what you are not.  Feel the freedom rushing in.  It will take practice but it is fast and easy. 

So reconnect!!  What are you waiting for.  Today is a great day to start.
