Please help us with your feedback!

You could a discount off a general admission ticket at the coming TAPSCON event in Clearwater, FL! We would just like your feedback on something:

If you made an attempt to come to the event last July and learned that tickets were not sold "at the door", when you thought that there would be, we would like to know!

We had advertised for 10 months prior to the event last year that we would have general admission tickets available at the door but were told by the venue 4 days before the event that we could not sell tickets at the door, because they did not want a crowd congregating on the property. If you came to the event and were disappointed by this, please let us know by submitting your information and statement to us.

This applies to anyone who was turned away from parking at the hotel to purchase tickets or anyone who traveled with our complimentary shuttle service from downtown Clearwater.

We will provide you with a discount general admission price for next year (when they go on sale) for your troubles from last year. Just follow this link to submit: Feed Back Discount!

ok so I clicked this then realized that it was posted in december. So I will leave this comment here.

I was very disappointed with TapsCon. Not with Taps as much as with Belleview Biltmore. My wife had to buy tickets online. Then when we showed up with the receipts and showed them we received wristbands or stamps, i cant remember exactly what we got for the admission. We then began to walk around and realized that people hadnt payed a dime and were just enjoying exactly what we payed for without paying. They were very disorganized (the hotel) and I could tell the frustration as Grant and Jason walked past us. We spent the rest of the event playing the piano in the lobby. I think that the next place it is held has a section closed off for the taps family and guests that have payed so people dont feel cheated. I live 25 minutes from Belleview. I parked downtown like instructions asked and then went to where the instructions told us to wait for the shuttle and it never came. My wife and I ended up walking to Belleview from downtown so that was disappointing. All in all though the guys were nice. So that made the trip that much worth while.

Did you request a refund for Tapscon2 and have not received it yet? Been ripped off by Brent Fair? Well look no further for here is contact information and instructions to file a complaint!

This is from Investigator Rick Adkins Department of Justice & Consumer Services. 1) Do not file a complaint online for it only delays the process. Phone main number at 727-464-6200 and request that a complaint form be mailed to YOU. You’ll need to fill out the form and return it along with any documentation (copies of tickets, envelops etc).
