Well its been a while. Got busy with holiday stuff, feel like I finally may be catchin up with everything. Had a great month playin shows, I feel like its the best I've sounded lately. I'm really energized by the great folks that are playing music with me and all our friends coming out and hangin with us.

Sad to say that Ross' shut down the music, all of it. I guess that lots more folks will be doing the same thing with big music lookin to squeeze every penny from wherever they can. The internet has been a powerful and valubale tool for the little guys like me, but it has also been very hard on an already sagging, past its peak country music industry. They cant get thier money from CD sales anymore so they are going to explore every avenue they can to get it somehow. Enough preachin.

I guess I should go to bed, not very tired though. You ever notice the earlier you go to bed the more tired you seem to be in the morning? (Does that sound like Andy Rooney?) The only thing good about hittin work all early is gettin off at a decently early time in the afternoon.

Looks like I'll be headin over to Australia again this year to hang out and do some shows with my friend Mr.Clifton Burnett. Really lookin forward to that, the last trip was a hell of a lot of fun and hes got more shows lined up this time. It will be sometime in August, so the fall weather over there will be a nice break from the Texas summer.

Enough of my rambling. Couple of thoughts, I hope the Patriots destroy the Giants. Thinkin ole Obama is pretty cool, sat through some of a debate and he was the only one lookin the other candidates in the eyes when he was talkin to em. I like that.
